How do I place an order?

What is your return policy?

All sales are final - we have a non-returnable and non-refundable policy. If we shipped you the incorrect order or your order became damage in transit, please send us a note at macbrown@gmail.com.

How long does an order take?

Unframed print + shipping: 10 business days.

Framed print + shipping: approx. 10-14 business days (US and CANADA only)

What are the profile dimensions of the frame?

We offer beautiful modern wooden frames in black and white.  The frame dimensions are approximately 1" wide and 1 7/8" deep.  See below for an example of both styles.

Tell me about framing/matting details?

The standard option for the framed prints does not include a mat. Most of my clients prefer the clean and elegant look of an image surrounded by a simple 1” white paper border. If you would like to frame your image without a border between the image and the frame (full bleed), please let me know. There is no additional charge for this request.

What about the plexi?

Framed prints come with UV plexi, which blocks 91% of UV rays. This protects the artwork from potential damage from the sun.

What are the approximate final dimensions of the framed prints?

18" x 12" print = 22" x 16" framed

36" x 24" print = 40" x 28" framed

48" x 32" print = 52" x 36" framed

60" x 40" print = 64" x 44" framed

I want a different size print, is that possible?

Yes, it's possible but shoot me a note to see what you have in mind.

I want to use your print on a object, can I buy the digital file?

I do not send out digital files but if you want to print an image on a drink tray, an iPhone case or a billboard, for example, let's collaborate!

What type of paper do you use?

Our prints are made on Hahnemüle Photo Rag® 308 gsm.  Because of its impressive pictorial depth, this paper is the perfect choice for high quality fine art prints. The fine, smooth surface and feel of Photo Rag® make this paper versatile and it is ideal for printing both black and white and color photographs.

Does each print have an edition size?

Yes, each print size of an image has an edition size of 20.  Your print will be numbered by hand to indicate which edition in the series you have purchased.  The last five editions of a photograph tend to be more expensive than earlier editions.

I like your style but I don't see what I want, can I commission you to create new work?
